The warehousing terminal of Class А is located in the south of St. Petersburg, in the Predportovaya-1 industrial zone, Predportovaya basic railway station (Octiabrskaya Railways), in near vicinity of the ring motor road and Western High Speed Diameter, Moskovskoye shosse (highway) and Kievskoye shosse (1.2 km), Pulkovo Airport (3 km) and St. Petersburg Sea Port (4.2 km):
